Understanding Our Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances may prevent you from attending lessons.
If you know in advance that you will not be able to attend a lesson, please do your best to reschedule or cancel the lesson.
Instructors have the right to receive lesson payment when students miss lessons without advance notice. In some cases, instructors may cancel or reschedule lessons without charging students lesson fees. However, this decision is left to the instructor's discretion.
Key Cancellation Guidelines
- Free Cancellation: Lesson cancellations can be made free of charge if done within the cancellation deadline (within 12 hours of lesson start time).
- Late Cancellation: After this time, the lesson will be cancelled and full lesson fees will be charged.
- Instructor Discretion: Students may consult with instructors about whether lessons can be rescheduled or cancelled without charging lesson fees. However, instructors reserve all decision-making authority.
